Functionality?Driven Musculature Retargeting

We present a novel retargeting algorithm that transfers the musculature of reference anatomical model to new bodies with different sizes, body proportions, muscle capability, and joint range motion while preserving functionality original as closely possible. The geometric configuration physiological parameters musculotendon units are estimated optimized adapt bodies. around joints is from capture dataset edited further for individual models. retargeted simulation-ready, so we can physically simulate muscle-actuated motor skills model. Our system capable generating wide variety be simulated walk, run, jump dance maintaining balance under gravity. will also demonstrate construction individualized musculoskeletal models bi-planar X-ray images medical examinations.
